The Learning Experience Child Care Centers offer educational and enrichment programs for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Centers offer technology, early reading, American Sign Language, before and after school programs. Nutritious lunch and snacks are provided (included in the tuition). A 10% discount is offered to current Rutgers faculty and staff. Offer valid at participating centers only. Enrichment programs and hot lunch programs vary according to location. Lightbridge Academy
Lightbridge Academy offers a discount on all early learning programs to Rutgers faculty, staff, and students at all 10 locations throughout New Jersey. A 10 percent discount for preschool and kindergarten age children and a 5 percent discount for infants and toddlers are offered. The discount is applied effective the date that proof of employment or student status is shown to the center Director. The discount is based on what the employee or student pays. Summer camp for school age children and ParentView Internet Monitoring are available. Hours are 7 a.m.– 6:30 p.m. with extended hours. Visit the website to view a virtual tour.

Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and staffed by highly qualified New Jersey certified teachers, the Rutgers–Livingston Day Care offers a full day care and education program for children age 2 – Kindergarten. Breakfast, lunch and snack are prepared on-site each day and served family style to all children at no additional cost to families. Current Rutgers faculty, staff, and students are given first priority for enrollment and discounted tuition rates. The center is open from 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, year round.
